ABOUT US
Croydon Consulting Ltd was established by Peter
Keith to provide quality, independent education management advice,
and support to Primary & Secondary Schools and Private Training
Establishments (PTEs), throughout the North Island.
Peter is Managing Director of Croydon Consulting,
and the firm's lead Consultant. He has over 20 years experience
in education, including at senior management level, and holds a
Commerce (Ag) Degree and a Diploma in Health and Safety Management,
plus postgraduate education qualifications: Diploma in Teaching
and Diploma in Career Development.

Peter Keith

Peter is also a registered teacher and a member
of the NZ Evaluation Association. Currently he works as an independent
Education Management Consultant for Croydon Consulting, and continues
to be employed part-time in secondary education.
He has considerable hands on experience in the
review, development and implementation of good practice education
management systems. He has particular expertise in evaluative quality
assurance, carrying out external and internal reviews, and preparing
and supporting institutions for External Evaluations/Reviews (by
ERO and NZQA).
Croydon Consulting specialises in setting up new
Private Training Establishments including PTE Registration and Acrreditation
applications to NZQA.
Other specialist areas include the development
of PTE Quality Management Systems (QMS) and associated documentation
and manuals, and assisting PTEs lodge International Student Code
of Practice applications. Peter is experienced in NZQA Assessment
and Moderation Management, and has worked as a Moderator for NZQA.
During the past 10 years, Peter has been a prolific
writer and creator of original education management resources and
documentation.
The original Keith NQF (NCEA) Assessment Management
System and Manual, which Peter wrote and developed, has been used
as a model by Secondary Schools throughout New Zealand. He has recently
developed a new Self Assessment System, to assist PTEs integrate
NZQA's new evaluative quality assurance requirements into their
business operations and planning.

around our consultant's practical experience, proven ability, qualifications
and knowledge, professional standards and ethics.

sustainable, effective and compliant.
Our Review Reports, Improvement Plans, Policies
and Procedures, Management Systems documentation, Handbooks and
Manuals are high quality, written in plain language and user friendly.
Croydon Consulting's aim is to provide quality,
cost effective and honest advice and guidance to Schools and PTEs.
Our services can take the form of one off projects or ongoing assistance
and support - we tailor our services to meet the specific needs
of individual clients.

Consulting Agreement and Fees
We have a range of service agreements available
to clients, from fixed term management contracts to hourly rate
arrangements. Croydon Consulting's level of involvement in any project
is flexible - ranging from advisory/guidance and checking your work
to a full contract.
